The Gallatin is named after the Gallatin Valley where Lewis and Clark trekked on their way to discover the headwaters of the Missouri.  This sleek watch sets itself apart from other BWC designs in that it is smaller and thinner than the average robust BWC timepiece.  we have inset a Yogo sapphire in the crown. This extremely rare, light blue sapphire (which is non-heat treated and naturally blue) is only found in the Yogo mines of Montana, which is now owned privately resulting in the mining rights becoming very limited.   By incorporating a Swiss 27 jewel caliber (movement) with sweep second hand sub dial and working the case into very soft lines, the BWC has turned out a timeless and elegant 38 mm piece.
